We use your information to process and deliver your purchases, send order confirmations and download links, send marketing emails about new products and updates if you have opted in, and respond to your inquiries.

3. Email Marketing

We use Mailchimp to manage our email list. If you join our waitlist or opt in at purchase you will receive occasional emails about new products, journal prompts, and brand updates. You may unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email. We will never sell or share your email address with third parties for their marketing purposes.

4. Payment Processing

Purchases are processed through Squarespace Payments powered by Stripe. We do not store your payment card information. All payment data is handled securely by Stripe in accordance with PCI compliance standards.

5. Cookies

Our website uses cookies through Squarespace to improve your browsing experience and analyze site traffic. You may disable cookies in your browser settings though some site features may not function properly as a result.

6. Third Party Services

We use the following third party services which have their own privacy policies: Squarespace for website hosting and payment processing, Stripe for payment security, Mailchimp for email marketing, and Google Workspace for business email.

We retain your information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy or as required by law. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting hello@feelingsandflow.com.
